What are the requirements to join West Coast Thunder?

Rider Requirements:

• 18 + years of age

• Hold a current Horse Council of BC membership

• Comfortable riding one handed at speed

Horse Requirements:

• Well broke with basic speed and body control

• No gaited or draft horses

When and where do you practice?

We practice once a week on Wednesdays. Abbotsford in the spring/summer at a private facility and in Langley at TBird in the fall/winter months.

When are try outs?

Usually try outs are held in November of each year. Tryout format is typically an open practice to see how you and your horse adapt to the environment. Reach out to Tanya if you are interested.
